The LION ASSESSMENT is like a SWOT Analysis but for Black men.Second, black men must restore their relationships. Domestic violence, divorce, and gun violence play a role in damaging relationships. We must examine the impact and change the narrative.Finally, black men must be restored in their career, discover their purpose so they can monetize their gift, and learn to build a career around it.
