Center on Contemporary Art (CoCA) presents the group show, (Where) Do We Belong? Co-curated by CoCA and La Sala, this exhibit shares the realities and challenges surrounding immigration and includes artworks that are a response to Trump's "Zero-Tolerance Immigration Policies"-amplifying diverse artistic voices with direct experience. Featuring Artwork by Hiba Jameel, Tatiana Garmendia, Humaira Abid, Judy Shintani, Jake Prendez, Hawo Ali, and Rohena Alam Khan, along with a performance of "Marias" by Milvia Berenice Pacheco Slavatierra, and poetry by J.A. Deal Cruz-Smith and Maiah A Merino. With an essay by Rohena Alam Khan.
