Overview
The Ballad of Wolfe Burton is a tale of daring outlaws and desperate rangers. It's the fall of 1876 and the infamous Butcher of Bastrop, Wolfe Burton, has broken out of jail. Joined by a band of dangerous men known as the Bloody Higgins Boys, the five outlaws set off to raise hell through south Texas with the ranger Solomon Creed hot on their heels. The Ballad of Wolfe Burton is a western tale like no other. Based on the Album 1876: The Ballad of Wolfe Burton by the band Dead Horse Creek, this story is unique in that the album and the book fully compliment each other while standing on their own. Saddle up pardner, it's time for a rock'n'roll western adventure!
