The Didache is the oldest written catechism of the Christian faith. There are three sections dealing with Christian ethics, rituals, and Church organization. The Didache was rediscovered, after being lost for centuries, in 1873 by Philotheos Bryennios, Metropolitan of Nicomedia. This version is of the New Covenant Translation.
