Overview
Biblical Nutrition is about the penitential process that can be summed up in the concept: "purification," this term is used as purify, purity, purification, to cleanse, to be clean or unclean in the Bible. These are usually describing two levels of purification: physical and moral, in other words physiological and psychological purification. Nutrition is the key to physiological purification, which can become a cross to many. Purification is the key for health and healing. The Cross is not only an instrument for our salvation but a strategy for living. Daily we share in the death and resurrection of Christ. Dying to sin and rising to new supernatural life. Jim and Fr. Bill will share many ways in which the cross impacts people spiritually, nutritionally, physically and socially. Constant meditation upon the cross is the antidote for every single thought or emotion.
