Overview
How does American classic and postmodern family art therapy practice translate in diverse multicultural family groups? To answer this question, each chapter of Multicultural Family Art Therapyaddresses the specific cultural and international perspectives of various regions where art therapy with families is practiced. Each contributor writes about their native lands and the variances that need to be considered, such as gender, class, religion, and politics. At the core of this new text is the realization that family art therapy should address not only the diversity of theory, but also the diversity of international practice.
