Overview
Does living abroad equate with easy living? How green is the grass over there, anyways? Having spent years living in various European countries, the author presents the absurd, the mundane, and the sometimes sublime situations that the cultural sojourner experiences. A collection of non-fiction and fiction, Stories from elsewhere will make you laugh out loud, and perhaps even lead you to consider your place - and your country's place - in the world around you. A must-read for anyone who has spent time in a foreign land (or dreams of it) and a good starting point for those considering a move abroad.
