This series of books hopes to teach children the skills to perform exercises correctly to support children's health whilst they grow. It's aim is to also allow children to feel confident when completing exercises, knowing they are taking responsibility for their own wellness. I know it is important to educate children earlier on in their lives about what it takes to keep their bodies healthy for their future.
