Author, Julian Lechmus has written this novel about complex relationships which developed between emotionally scarred persons, some of whom worked for a fictional spy agency (i5), hired incognito by governments to perform politically unsavoury jobs that government agencies wouldn't risk. The eight other main characters. also have complicated past stories that unravel during the adventure. The many damaged characters uncover their pasts and fears to eventually discover they have much in common, while some still have something to hide.
