Game's Over, Life's Not provides answers, guidance, and strategies to help athletes prepare for and successfully navigate through this major life transition. Author, Jonathan T. Orr, is the founder of Athlete Transition Services Corp. and the creator of the Next Season Workshop. This workshop is a researched-based, transition preparation program, that has been implemented by numerous athletic departments throughout the country (such as The University of Alabama, Clemson University, The University of Florida, The University of Illinois, The University of Utah, and The University of Wisconsin). As a former college and professional football player, Jonathan experienced the challenges associated with life after athletics firsthand and he has been on a mission ever since to ensure that athletes are aware of these potential barriers and are equipped to overcome them.
