Overview
Divorced. Beheaded. Died. Divorced. Beheaded. Survived. These labels tend to define the lives of the six wives of haughty King Henry VIII, ruler of Tudor England. The memorable king often overshadows these six characters, their stories fading away behind the era's history and influence. But what happens when you look past their brands and unveil the true lives of these six women? In this collection of short historical fiction, delve into the minds and lives of royal women fighting to maintain their regal composure amidst illness, adultery, and even murder. Follow their stories and watch as their marriages - and, in some cases, their lives - come to an end.
