Overview
I get the feeling the island wants...to be obeyed. On an uninhabited island in the Pacific Ocean a thousand miles from anywhere, six federal inmates previously scheduled for execution are instead exiled and completely cut off from the outside world. With a terrorist bomber, murderers and even a cannibal amongst their ranks, they may kill each other before the primitive conditions can take their toll. As the days pass, however, the men come to realize the greatest threat to their survival may be more sinister than merely the lack of modern civilization. Dark, elemental forces seem to be reaching out to them from deep within the island itself. When an ancient danger that has lain dormant for centuries is awakened, they begin to question if their utopia is in fact the underworld.
