Overview
The story of Saint Faustina of Kowalska, who was called by Jesus to share His message of Divine Mercy and that he wanted people to celebrate His love and mercy on a special day. After Pope Saint John Paul II canonized Faustina in 2000, he declared the first Sunday after Easter as Divine Mercy Sunday. Saints are real-life heroes and heroines of faith who inspire us by their virtues to become more like Christ. In this series of beautifully illustrated early reader books, these real stories come to life and connect with today's children, ages 4 to 9.
