By integrating more than 60 years of combined experience in the fields of medicine and biblical counseling, Dr. Ray Strand and Bill Ewing illuminate the connections between the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. Offering scientifically and scripturally sound responses to life's most persistent concerns, they address the heart-felt issues of stress, fear, anger, depression, illness, and death. Saturated with liberating principles from the Bible and filled with the best of modern medical research, Living by Design will lead you beyond your current circumstances and point the way toward a life of peace, love, and health- a life that optimizes all that God has created you to be.
