Overview
"After a Summer Rain" is a collection of contemporary poetry written by Clifton King, an award winning poet living in Southern California. His poems are direct and personal with a clarity that makes them accessible for even the first time poetry reader. There is a subtle, flowing rhythm to his verse whether he is writing about nature, family, love or the local beach. His poetry is rich with imagery and as unpredictable as life itself.
