Overview
Explosive vapors escape from a UST in Hawaii. Keahi investigates, hoping to prevent further casualties, but he runs into corruption at the Department of Water, Wind, and Sun. Liko returns for another summer vacation and rekindles his crush on Toi who is passionate about scuba diving. Liko will dive the lava tubes at Shark's Cove near Waimea Bay.
