Evie was always the brave one. What am I going to do without her? The Ghost Hunters Society may have solved the mystery of the Weeping Bridge, but it left Evie fighting for her life in a hospital bed. While Marissa searches for a way to get her friend's spirit back into her body, Evie roams the town as a ghost, loving her newfound freedom...maybe a little too much. When faced with their next case involving a little girl and her doll, the group is reluctant, but Evie is convinced they must solve it before she returns to her body. They reach out to Sam, the ghost from the Ouija board, and he says he knows a way to help the little girl, and Evie, too, but they don't know if they can trust him. As Evie falls hard for Sam, Marissa wonders if she'll ever get her friend back, or if she's being used to help him solve his own century-old murder. When Evie disappears, Marissa must discover just how brave she is to save her best friend from the evil lurking underneath the town of Culvers Grove. Is this all just child's play...or something more sinister?
