Overview
Picking up immediately after Lieutenant Commander Judah Wakefield transfers from the USS Theodore Roosevelt to Baghdad. While LCDR David Rivers' Super SEAL Team trains and searches for Saddam Hussein in his own capital city amidst 1000 sorties a day flown over head, LCDR Wakefield is conducting more than interviews to gain actionable intel from insurgents and those looking for refugee status. Living on a Forward Operating Base is fraught with bad food, uncomfortable quarters, bomb scares, and high stress decisions that demand right call after right call, but Wakefield manages to find a new friend and some different perspectives in Israeli Defense Forces officer Seren Ellie Dayan. The two become queens of interrogation at FOB Beta's Intel House. Meanwhile LT Howard's obnoxious attitude on the training field poses serious threats to Rivers' mission.
