Overview
The Wellspring is the first book of the Crystal Key Trilogy. Death was not supposed to be like this. Tom, a doughy fifty year old man, suffers a heart attack on his commute to work and loses consciousness. When he wakes up, he is in a medieval world in which magic and fairy creatures are real, and where magic, rather than science and technology, powers the world.
