Overview

Rooted and Restored is a six-week devotional journal for teens and young adults, inspired by the timeless truths of Psalm 23. Each week explores a verse with honest, relatable reflections that speak to the real struggles and questions of young people-addressing anxiety, identity, hope, and the search for meaning. Every day offers a space to slow down, listen, and respond: read the verse, reflect on the message, and write your own thoughts, prayers, or questions. This journal is a safe place to wrestle with faith, discover God's promises, and experience the Shepherd's love in a way that is personal and transformative. Whether you feel lost, tired, or just longing for deeper purpose, Rooted and Restored invites you to journey verse by verse, uncovering hope, comfort, and strength for your everyday life.
