She finds love and happiness by marrying Thomas Blackwood, her saviour. Now, with a family of her own, she uses her maturity and experience to guide the next generation. As a new decade dawns, with the shadow of WW1 looming, the question remains: what does the future hold for Rose and her family in times of so much uncertainty?
