Overview
Getting everything done in work can be hard! Why? Because there are so many small things you need to do each day and with so many people asking you for things it can be near impossible. However, what I found in my experience, is that some days you forget to do things and by forgetting those small things you hinder your work. The solution? Believe me I have tried nearly everything, from apps, to spreadsheets to word documents. The only thing that really works for me is to write things down with pen and paper! But I saw a problem. I had scraps of paper everywhere. I couldn't find out what I had done last week, let alone yesterday. The breakthrough The breakthrough came when I created my ultimate to do list which included monthly planning, weekly planning and daily planning. I suddenly found that getting things done and in the right order was easy. I originally created this for my online endeavours but quickly realised it would help me on "day job" activities as well.
