Overview
Featured in this hardbound book is a reconstruction of Rizal's shell collection in 1895, based from extant letters and anecdotal data. Though modest by today's standards, it was said to be the richest private shell collection in the Philippines at that time--reaching over 340 shells representing more than 200 species.
