Why Sex, Death and Motorcycles? Well, sex and death are obvious: there's no death without birth, and there's no birth without sex. We're all born, and we all die. Sex is something most of us enjoy sometime in between. As for motorcycles; well, a lot of people enjoy them too. And some die on them. There's probably something to offend everyone, too, if they want to be offended. But if you want to be offended: well, the title will probably have put you off the book anyway.
