I wasn't exactly sure why I didn't want my eight-year-old son to go on the trip to Israel with his mom. I told myself it was because that part of the world just never seemed safe to me. But I reluctantly gave my permission and he left on a ten day trip. He never came back. It didn't take long to put together the pieces and realize that my ex-wife had abducted him.
