Luke 18:1 states, "1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always pray and not to faint". Though prayer is for the entire body of Christ, God has specifically given the ministry of prayer to women. By nature, women are structured to travail and bring forth, Therefore, it is understandable why God has selected the women to bear the burden of the congregation through the spiritual womb of prayer. Jeremiah 9:17 divides the prayer ministry of women into three special divisions (cunning, mourning, and wailing).
