Overview
This vintage book contains Crane Brinton's 1941 biography; "Nietzsche". Written during the Second World War, this detailed biography presents the life and mind of the seminal philosopher. This volume will be of utility to anyone with an interest in Friedrich Nietzsche, and would make for a great addition to any bookshelf. Contents include: "The Student", "The Professor", "The Prophet", "What Nietzsche Wanted", "Nietzsche-in-Himself", "The Growth of a Reputation", "Nietzsche and the Nazis", "Nietzsche in Western Thought: Prophecy on a Prophet", etcetera. Many antiquarian texts such as this - particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before - are increasingly hard to come by and expensive. It is with this in mind that we are republishing this book now, in an affordable, modern, high-quality edition. It comes complete with a specially commissioned new biography of the author.
