Loving One Another is the author's first book, which will be incorporated into a series called Caring for One Another Creates Healing, The C.O.A.C.H. series. "C.O.A.C.H. is the acronym I created to express the meaning of my work and my life. Caring for One Another Creates Healing." This is not a book about religious beliefs. It is a book about learning to be one's personal best. It deals with each individual's unique journey to finding a coherent sense of self, as well as the feeling of being in harmony with one's highest self. From this point it is possible to experience joy in all of life's circumstances. Ms. Sienko has written this guide to spiritual healing as a composite of her own experiences on the path of spiritual growth. She summarizes the journey of personal awakening through the use of simple understandable metaphors that highlight this universal process. By taking personal responsibility for overcoming one's hurts and for dealing with the obstacles encountered along the way, the individual can grow past the pettiness of everyday life. By becoming conscious of the factors that have influenced one's personality formation, it is possible to grow in character, belief, trust, faith, hope and love. This is the place of emotional intelligence, wholeness and healing.
