Overview
The Country Dance Book, Part 3 is a book written by Cecil James Sharp and published in 1912. It contains thirty-five country dances from The English Dancing Master, a collection of dance tunes and instructions that was first published in 1650 and continued to be updated until 1670. The book includes detailed instructions for each dance, as well as musical notation for the tunes. The dances range from simple and easy to more complex and challenging, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers. The book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in traditional English country dancing, and provides a fascinating glimpse into the history of dance in England during the 17th century. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
