Overview
Inspired by a true story, a journey of hope and expectation turns to despair, separating two young brothers by continents, each alone to find his place in the world. One lands in a world of greed, crime and deceit making choices on instinct often resulting in danger. War and oppression test his instincts but he remains focused on what he believes and achieves his dream. The other's path leads him to friends who inspire and challenge him with a vision of the future. He earns the respect of his mentors as he builds his life, making grave decisions to maintain respect for his family name. Their sense of pride and ancestry sustains them through years of desperation and joy, disappointment and accomplishment as they strive to become the men to make their father proud.
