Overview
After their adventures on Bird Island [ 'Scratch the Surface'] everything seems to be settling down again at Ashbury Old Common Comprehensive. That is, until the arrival of Steven 'Spider' Sissons disrupts everyone and everything. Martin feels that he has a rival in the form 'hard man' stakes, while Joanne falls very heavily for his dubious charms in spite of Alison and Matthew's attempts to warn her.
