Overview
Daniel Davidson is born with a special gift. He can open and close time portals that he misinterprets as visions of death and angel visitations. He witnesses many changes during his lifetime and after working a full career for fifty years he retires with a unique calling from God. He accepts the job of gatekeeper and adopts the surname Durwood. Janet Thomas opens a time portal and travels back in time. Daniel guards the Seventh Gate and prevents her from returning. When Janet does return, she prevents her previous existence. Angels intervene for the betterment of Daniel and the Thomas Family and prevent the pesky demon Duane from working mischief where he doesn't belong. Janet becomes the Seventh Gatekeeper discovering a new gateway to guard as she and Paul protect their family on a mountain in North Carolina.
