This proposition is based on the premise that - man is not an accidental being, but is a deliberate creation, a universal being with a universal purpose. It establishes the criteria for man's worldly existence, his civilization's state of development - its fundamental and dynamic process necessary for the creation of a progressive and lasting civilization that will enable/empower its citizens to achieve fulfillment, enlightenment, refinement, faith and reaffirmation of their state of being, in an environment of free thought, expression, belief, harmony and grace!
