In the five years since the first edition of these Instructions was issued, the Committee has engaged in a process of continual review and revision of the Instructions, Comments and Use Notes. Feedback has come not only from Supreme Court and Tenth Circuit decisions, but from trial judges, practitioners, and the Committee Members themselves.
