An Assessment of Coastal Water Resources and Watershed Conditions In and Adjacent to Canaveral National Seashore

The conditions of terrestrial and estuarine resources within Canaveral National Seashore (CANA) were assessed and the threats and stresses to individual resources were identified and evaluated. With the exception of freshwater vegetation mapping, new data were not collected within CANA. Data and information derived from an intensive survey of the existing peerreviewed and gray literature search were analyzed and synthesized to reveal the current state of each resource and to identify trends in resource quality and health.
