Overview
Seventeen year old Stephanie Anderson is happy with her life as a high school soccer player. When a fellow student accidently injures Stephanie, she loses her ability to see. Stephanie has to learn to face her new reality. Along with that reality come choices she has to make. Can Stephanie and her family forgive the one who hurt her? How will she adjust to the world around her? Will she let her situation determine her happiness? During a hospital visit, Stephanie meets twelve year old Ellis Sharon. Regardless of their age difference, the two girls strike up a friendship. Ellis's positive outlook on life helps Stephanie find answers to her questions. Although Stephanie can't see, she begins to gain a better perspective.
