As more new managers and engineers got involved in outsourcing and remote project management, they started looking for solutions to the similar issues we encountered before. Our colleagues and friends kept asking us again and again about outsourcing issues, so we decided to summarize our experience in a book focusing on intellectual property protection, remote human resource management and financial models of outsourcing activity.
