Overview

It is one thing to know who you are in Christ, while thriving in prosperous times: it is an entirely different situation to stay strong in Jesus while facing the seasons of life and weathering trials. Author Elizabeth Janse van Rensburg experienced this several times in her life, whether it was abuse from adults to being tested by the Lord and enduring double-minded in the process. However, once she became invested in regularly reading the Bible and praying, Elizabeth understood that the Bible's truths are alive. Her new book is to encourage readers to also follow God while growing in their spiritual walks, even during life's trials. Elizabeth offers advice in surrendering to God's will and discovering one's purpose in God's kingdom through daily seeking of the Lord. Even though we are at war with the devil for our souls, Elizabeth reveals we become overcomers for God through Jesus.
