Married only two years; living life to the fullest; each day becoming more exciting and satisfying as time passes by. Then suddenly, unexpectedly, our world came crashing down hard. I was so tempted to cry, "why me", but I knew the answer to that question. Why not me? What made me so different from anyone else. There was a target painted on my back, which had been there for more than 30 years. I was in his sights and at every opportunity he took a stab at me. But I had learned through the years that circumstances do not make the person, they merely reveal who they really are. Therefore, my question became, "Lord what are you trying to teach me?"
