Overview
The end of the 1980s, Zambia is going through a transitional stage. The economy is nose diving, with the exchange rate sky rocketing. When a Mozambican security officer defects to apartheid South Africa, the Zambian security service sends an intelligence officer to Botswana to carry out a routine security audit of the High Commission. He uncovers a car smuggling racket that involves public officers in the very organization that had sent him in the first place.
