Overview
A nail biting and fast paced story of one girl who is abducted and cast into the crime infested world of Sex Trafficking. Fifteen-year old Poppy Larue learns that sneaking out to meet her online boyfriend, and love of her life, was the worst mistake of her life. Her innocence is snatched away, in the blink of an eye, when she discovers she had not been chatting with a sixteen-year-old boy, but a forty-year old man with bad intentions. Instead of experiencing her first kiss and embarking on a fairytale romance, her, once perfect, world is shattered when she is kidnapped, sold for profit to the highest bidder, and forced to live the life of a sex slave with no way out. Her mother, Flora Larue, sets out on a quest to get her daughter back and hires Detective, Dan Green to bring her missing daughter home. Told from the three main characters point of view, Poppy Larue, Flora Larue, and Detective Dan Green, it is a fast-paced story that will not be forgotten.
