Pastor Ray McGraw, founder of Ray of Hope Ministries, realized early on that the ministry of healing the sick wasn't just for pastors and ministers. After reading Mark 16 and the words of Jesus where He said, "these signs will follow them that believe... they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover", he realized that as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ that signs and wonders should be following him! He immediately began to apply his belief in the Scripture and laid hands on every sick person he could find. To his surprise, many were being healing in the name of Jesus, just like the Scripture promised! In 1989, pastor Ray McGraw made his way India where he would preach healing and deliverance crusades to the masses. Hundreds where healed, hundreds more were delivered and some were raised from near death, all in the name of Jesus. After his return from India, many men and women traveled from all over north America to come and receive healing. Pastor Ray believed that the ministry of healing was every believer and was surprised to see that many of these believers were not able to receive healing ministry in their hometown, the result, the training and discipleship ministry of Ray Of Hope was born. To take "average" believers and teach them how to "minister the Jesus way!" Today, Ray Of Hope Ministries is continuing to teach people all over the world via the internet, radio and with live seminars and training schools, to minister the Jesus way.
