Overview

Today's church leaders and the people of God face a monumental challenge in terms of witnessing to this generation as well as passing the baton to the next generation. The challenge is how to bring together, the wealth of experiences, knowledge, and skills of faithful believers in a way that empowers them to do the work of ministry. Therefore, the challenge that church leaders face today is judged not only by what they say and do, but by what they make possible for others to say and do through ministry service. The old paradigm of a single pastor discipling the whole congregation is no longer effective. Hence, the new paradigm calls for the entire congregation--the people of God to involved in disciple-making. This book provides a great help to church leaders and committed believers who are interested in evangelism and disciple-making; and can be used as an instructional guide.
