Overview

Awaken the soul is a personal development guide for those on the journey of self-discovery and mindfulness. We can find ourselves in many obstacles in life. We can be unaware of what is holding us back. We can get stuck in the middle of hardship, and experience a variety of emotions and feelings. We may even question our self-worth, and have the wrong mindset in dealing with money issues and relationship problems. We may experience the loss of a loved one or pet. Grief can become overwhelming and force us to take a new journey into self awareness and personal development. We get busy looking at the outside world, but there are moments where we need to be self-aware and inspect our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
