While at Cornell University earning their PhD, physicists Heidi Zimmerman, Chris Toole, and Cameron Vaughn publish their ground-breaking theory, STANDSTILL-a process by which objects in a particle accelerator can be moved vast distances instantaneously-to less than rousing reviews.
