Overview
The story of Ku Adams and her family's tumultuous escape from Estonia at the end of WWII, just moments ahead of rumbling Russian tanks coming down their street in the dark of night, is a story worth reading. Even today, this story or a variation of it is being re-lived again, all across the globe. There are thousands upon thousands of displaced person, struggling first to survive, then to re-invent themselves in a totally new environment. We need to pay attention.
