Overview
Harry Moore, a restless spirit, destined to carry with him always, the burden of his own guilt and grief for all eternity. Unable to rest in peace, his spirit aimlessly searches for that one link, that something or someone. Anything that would lift him out from the sad depths of his own despair and so, hopefully, in death, help put right the wrongs he made in life. Also, there is Sarah, a young single mother, penniless and abandoned by her family and struggling to survive on her own. She is helpless and too young to cope alone, but still, she fights hard to care for her young son as best as she can. Lastly, there is Samuel, Sarah's baby, born with a rare eye condition that defies all medical science; he is gifted but different from others. A difference that would only mean one thing, a life of loneliness and a life ostracized and excluded by those that should have known better. Rejected for one reason only, he is not the same as them, and they are scared, and rightly so. He has the power to see, and enter, the world that nobody else should ever see, -until it is their time that is, -the spirit world, the world of the dead. This is a story of sadness but also of happiness, a trilogy of sad lives, all haunted by the death of one young man, a soldier that failed to return home from battle.
