Overview

With the base destroyed and Caleb missing, Aster must fight her emotions and battle with her enemies for the good of the survivors in her care. Fate is closing in, the revolution and Sector Three are surrounding them, and it quickly becomes a race against time to stop disaster from striking, but for Aster and the remainder of the protection teams, time isn't on their side. They quickly discover that to defeat their enemies, they have to make difficult decisions and see them through to the bitter end, no matter what it costs them. But destiny is playing its hand in the tempestuous war, and Aster soon faces the ultimate choice: will she fulfil the vision predicted by the Gifted and sacrifice herself, or will she refuse to be a victim of fate and fight for her right to live?
