A small town is haunted by a crime from 15 years ago. Not one suspect was ever brought to justice. But now, 15 years later, when likely suspects seem to be disappearing from tragic events, the town's down-and-out fire chief may know more than he's letting on. David, the alcoholic fire chief, has had too many things go wrong in his life and has nothing left to live for. Brian Grace lost his daughter 15 years ago and has looked for her ever since. His bodyguard, Jason, is a tough character that likes to control his surroundings and protect his employer. Kelly, the detective, is an attractive woman and finds herself getting more involved with the case than anyone could have predicted. And, there is Chad and his three friends; a tough and nasty group of old school mates that cause trouble wherever they turn up.
