The suggestion of a journal came from his mother-in-law...a suggestion designed to help keep him sane during this time period. She was right. The record of events is the daily life he experienced and the emotions he encountered along the way. This book is not intended to be a handbook, a guide or a how-to manual. Every dad must truly figure it out on his own.
